Second Micro War on Terror

24 August 2022 – Today, after a week of suspicion amongst the government following the Sprinske Civil War officially coming to an end, an unnamed micronational terrorist faction in the north have started attacks such as vandalising the Sprinske Empire’s MicroWiki page and threatening to destroy the government, leading to Emperor Aaron I declaring the Second Micronational War on Terror in response. There is only one known member of the organisation, but the Emperor also declared war on the Taliban who recently took control in Afghanistan and ISIS. The People’s Democratic Republic of Sprinske and the Imperial Republic of Donkrea are also expected to join the war and fight against the unnamed terrorist group in Sprinske.

For the last week, the government of the Sprinske Empire have been in chaos after the Former Prime Minister, Masyn Maher, informed the Emperor that the Commander of the Army was planning a coup d’état and was going to blame the Current Prime Minister, Matteo Catania, for the rebellion. The Emperor decided to ask the Commander of the Army who he thought was a traitor, knowing that the Former PM would be right if he said it was the Prime Minister, but the Commander of the Army instead said that it was Masyn Maher. This created a major governmental crisis that lasted for a week until the Emperor told both of them to present their cases against each other, and eventually, it was discovered that there was no coup being planned by either of them, but one of the citizens of the nation vandalised the Sprinske Empire’s MicroWiki page, leading to him being deported from the nation. He then formed a self-declared terrorist organisation in the Sprinske Empire and the People’s Democratic Republic of Sprinske, and threatened to destroy the government. The Emperor then declared the Second Micronational War On Terror in response, also declaring war on the Taliban and ISIS. There is no plans to have any real fighting with the Taliban or ISIS, but Micronational terrorist groups will be attacked
